During her many years climbing the ladder and burning the candle at both ends (at home, at work and in her business), Dionna realized that she was prioritizing the needs of others over her own mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. She also noticed that many of her colleagues and clients were experiencing the same. After unsuccessfully searching for community and an ongoing source of self-care for high achieving Black women, Dionna decided to create it for herself and millions of women like her. In 2023, Purposoul was born.
